As far as I know he is well, but concentrated on other issues, rather than books...
What happened to BCRS is a major question. I had certain relationship to volume 4, but it was all so prolonged that I had to drop. Finally, I got no clear answer on why it had not been published. Maybe Mr. Jerry Crandall, who appears here occasionally, could explain the definite reason on not publishing volume 4?
