Indeed it would be nice with an errata file on Ketley here at TOCH.

I also contemplated that the code could be E1, but most known E prefixes were used by Erprobungs units later and of course E1 is unknown so far.
Reason I put this in the Polish time frame is that the style of the photo and the way the photo was taken resembles some of the earlier ones listed by Ed above and where the back side in fact states Poland.
Early in the war unit emblems were very common and the longer the war lasted they became more and more out of fashion, sort of. The emblem used here, to me, also suggest an early period rather than a late one.

Finally we have the code F1, which I agree it does not look like, but shadows have been playing tricks with us before, and if so it would be no problems at all being used on a Stuka.

Thanks for explaining what the Rest-Kdo was. Does not really sound like a unit needing any combat unit code/emblem. Sounds a bit unlikely both having used the code B1 and a badge.
