Hello,
We carry the following entry in the EoE Luft Loss DB: "April 13, 1940: 4./KGzbV 1 Junkers Ju52/3m. Crashed 110 km north-west of Aalborg following engine failure. (Ff) Uffz Joseph Stretz, (Bm) Uffz Werner Opitz, and (Bs) Flgr Alfons Fürsich injured. Aircraft 100% write-off." It appears from your death card that he subsequently succumbed to his wounds, which we need to incorporate into our DB entry. Regards,
