My info is, that an 190 ramming an L-4 in the heat of an dogfight with P-51(?) and both airplanes crashed!
Wonder what that L-4 is making there, maybe "lurking", so now he knows that is a bad habit |

Don Caldwell's excellent JG 26 War Diary (volume 2) says Fw. Norbert Seidl of 2/JG 26 claimed an Auster near Bastogne at 1130am. He gives the opponent as the 153rd Liaison Squadron so it sounds like the claim you are looking for.

Thanks for the replies. Although Bastogne is more than 80 kms away from Liège, the JG26 is a possibility indeed.
