To get all these infos here is great. I tried to find these W.Nr.s in many books, but without a result.The reason why I need all these Information is the try to draw profiles of all these planes flown by JG 1. I attached one of these planes.
Very interesting fact: See the well known pic of Yellow 3 flown by Lt. G. Stiemer with the emblem under the cockpit. W.Nr. 120072. Now compare this pic with pics after the plane has been overpainted with british markings. The original one has no red arrow. The british version of the plane has one! Cheers, Simon |
