You may probably find both books writing to the italian book service TUTTOSTORIA
info@tuttostoria.it www.tuttostoria.it (this web site lists only a few titles: if you don't find the books there, ask for them to the e-mail adress). Anyway, the second title is listed in the last catalogue (number 70) of Midland Counties Publications at page 19. Regards Gianandrea
