Plate for ID

Hi All

As in the subject line of identification for a device, the aircraft may be this plate;
Gerat-Nr 75517
Werk-Nr 8-88 1300
Hersteller aus - Opel, Adam, A.-G.,Russelsheim
(Ju 88)?
and second plate:
Flugrichtung
Thanks for any help.
Best Regards
Jarek

Re: Plate for ID

Adam Opel (Hersteller "aus"), mostly did undercarriages for Ju 88 but also did canopy frames for Ju 88 series aircraft.
8-88.1300 says "part of fuselage", which the canopy indeed was. I tend to think it possibly was Gerat if it was the electric anti-ice on the windshield in front of the pilot. (Tonight I am too lazy to check the spare parts catalogue.)

Re: Plate for ID

The plate itself is approx. 1" x 3"...the size of a main data plate...
