Well...the vet took a lot of photos of aircraft at this field...which I will try to get. Maybe the He219 is there?
If I can get more info, I'll post it ASAP. mike

Hello Mike,
That’s an interesting photo you posted. Without trying to be dogmatic, I would like to make a few points. First, note the slight difference in the gray values of the aircraft numerals (51?) and the all-black Balkenkreuz and Hakenkreuz. To me this suggests the possibility that the plane numbers are red, blue, or gray, and not black. Second, the sparseness of camouflage visible on the fuselage spine and fin, as well as the aircraft’s combination of all-black Hakenkreuze and black outlined Hakenkreuze, suggest that this may be an Arado/Warnemünde-built Fw190.
