Re: Crash B17 at Lokeren on 5 nov 1943
I have 42-30789/T "Butcher Boy" (ex "Flak Suit") of 563rd BS, 388th BG. 2/Lt. William J Bramwell Jr and 4 others POW, 2 KIA and 3 evaded capture
...As likely shot down by Ofw. Kirschow of 3/SKG 10. Additionally, tt's worth noting that Hermann Staiger of 12/JG 26 is known to have claimed against the 388th BG and that they also lost B-17F-90-BO 42-30142 of the 560th BS.
