Hi there Gang,
And all my warm wishes for 2014! I just got hold of a very interesting pic showing an engineless Mtt-Regensburg built Bf 109 G-14 (IMHO, not the least because of its long tail wheel strut), depicted in the winter 1944-1945 somewhere in Germany. Because of its high tactical number, I do tend to think that "Schwarze 31" was part of a training unit. I would be glad to know more about location and unit. Thanks in advance for your help!
