Seems the seller took apart some photo albums for profit that were sold recently....

Brilliant find, Rémi!
In the junk pile pics of Munich-Oberwiesenfeld, one can recognize great Bf 109 wrecks: - an Erla built Bf 109 G-14 W.N. 465 865 "Schwarze 12" 2./EJG 1 (?). Note that this plane has the peculiar RLM 02 mottled camouflage, as seen on Erla built Bf 109 G-6 W.Nr. 410 061 at Wunsdorf and WNF built Bf 109 G-6 W.Nr. 20790 at Fassberg. http://www.flickr.com/photos/28092068@N03/13027995183/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/2809206...n/photostream/ - two Erla built Bf 109 G-10 without any tactical markings. http://www.flickr.com/photos/2809206...n/photostream/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/2809206...n/photostream/ And I'm sure there is a lot more to say about the Me 262's too... Thanks again Rémi! Marc |

Rémi,
After a closer scrutiny, the second pic of München-Oberwiesenfeld airfield does reveal in the foreground IMHO a Mtt built Bf 109 G-10. Tell tale sign is the the lower engine cowling with small bumps, and the fuselage camouflage which does not cover it fully, like for the Flössenburg produced Bf 109K-4's. http://www.flickr.com/photos/28092068@N03/13033497873/ The W.Nr. is present on the lower third of the rudder, unfortunately damaged. Only the last digit can be made out as a 7. Cheers Marc |

In Remi's second post did anyone notice the Fw.190 "Dora" fuselage or the other Fw.190 that has the numeral '2' aft of the cross? Most interesting.
