Re: Bristol Blenheim - The Yugoslav Story

My copy arrived in today's post and I must say I'm very impressed. Great profiles, great book design and layout, nice selection of photographs and from the bit I've read so far, a very well researched book. Look forward to the next production.
Kudos
Mark

Re: Bristol Blenheim - The Yugoslav Story

I just finished the reading and I would recommend it to anyone interested in Blenheim or aerial operations in the Balkans.

All

I have also read this book and can very much recommend it to everyone interested in what happened in April 1941 when Yugoslavia was invaded by the Germans.

The history is highly detailed (I have never seen a more detailed unit/day-by-day story from Yugoslavia before). There is a complete listing of aircraft and although I would have preferred some of the material to be collected in appendices than rather have it inside the book itself, it does not diminish their value.

Also Aleks should be congratulated for having taken the decision to publish his book in English, which of course makes it much more readable for most of us.

If the Blenheim is your cup of tea, buy the book. If you are fascinated by what happened back in 1941 on the Balkans, buy the book. I had great pleasure reading it.

Hats off Aleks When do we get the Hurricane??

Cheers
Stig

Hi Guys,

Thanks a lot. I appreciate it very much!

Stig,

The following project is Hawker (Fury, Hind & Hurricane) -The Yugoslav Story, I hope it will be finished in the second half of 2015.
Before that, I will release another book in the second half of December 2014 regarding WWI (will be bilingual, Serbian-English). It will be announced in a proper way when the time comes.

Aleks
