Hello,
Thanks for the replies, much appreciated. While checking through FCL v2 I came upon the following: 11 -Nov 43 231 Sqn - Mustang I - AG547 - F/O K.J. Trask RAAF + - Rhubarb over France,am. Buried at Lavel Cemetery. and 414 Sqn - Mustang I - AG547 - P/O O.S.Peck + - Rhubarb over France, Alencon area, am.Buried at St. Cheron Civil Cemetery. Air Britain AA100-AZ999 has for AG547 414/231 - Missing on ground attack mission to Alencon, 15.11.43. Both airmen are recorded as lost on the 11/11/43 in CWGC site although Peck's is recorded at St. Desir War Cemetery - is it one and the same as St. Cheron ? They both could not be lost in this a/c and the only other loss I could find was one within the UK on the 11th - AG611 of 2 Sqdn. So what were the serial numbers of the Mustangs lost on the 11th other than those I give here ? and how is it that AB has AG547 - 231 -15.11.43 ? Alex
