Re: Gloster Meteor Loss Germany 1945 or 1954?
Allright
But the crash location in the Cummings book says 3 miles south of 'Huckswagen', which I would understand as the German town of Hückeswagen. This town is not located between Cologne and Düsseldorf, but in the region 'Bergisches Land', about 44 km eastsoutheast of Düsseldorf and about 40 km northeast of Cologne. Could this match up ?. Best regards Horst Weber |
