Talking about ships... On 1st March 1945 Task Force 58 mounted a series of strikes against Okinawa. At Naha VMF-216/217 pilots spotted a destroyer, probably of the Matsu Class, approaching the harbor. Hit by HVAR rockets, the ship ran aground, and was left badly burning. I've checked all Matsu Class destroyers but couldn't find a matching case. Any idea what ship it could be?
