			Hi guys

Thanks for all the information - excellent! Byron says Ju88 downed on 1 June was from Sonnerkommando Junck - does that help identify the crew? I wonder if we can now identify the crew of the following Med losses: 1 December 1941: 4U+JK of 2.(F)/123 30 December 1941: 4U+HK of 2.(F)/123 28 February 1942: Ju88 of I/LG1 Thanks in advance Brian |

3./LG-1 Sidi Barani Ju-88A4 L1+NL (8613) FF - Oberleutnant Adolf Kottmeier BO - Obergefreiter Theodor Strauss BF - Obergefreiter Gerhard Kopriva BS - Obergefreiter Ernst Domes All listed as Missing. Shot down by aircraft from 805 Sqn (Flight Lt's Fell & Jenkins) Source: Die Geschichte Des Lehrgeschwaders 1 Band 2 by Peter Taghon Three of the crew are listed in the DRK Volume for aircrew although there is a discrepancy with 2 of them with regards to the area they were lost in.

			Hi guys

I now believe the claim on 1 June was for a Ju88 and not a He111. Are we able to identify unit and crew? And how about 4U+JK on 1 December and 4U+HK on 30 December 1941? Cheers Brian |

			Hello,

if you are talking about a claim for June 1st 1941, and not an incident with two crew members POW there is one possible match - even if it would not constitute a confirmed kill: http://www.aviationhistory.no/ref_db...?lossid=126937 No information on the crew I am afraid. 01.12.1941: http://www.aviationhistory.no/ref_db...?lossid=158175 30.12.1941: http://www.aviationhistory.no/ref_db...?lossid=157527 and hucks has given you the data for February 28th 1942: http://www.aviationhistory.no/ref_db...?lossid=155720 Regards, Andreas B
