Going back to your first post of what RAF squadron operated the Ju-52: 173 Squadron at Heliopolis would be a good candidate. A film here: http://www.colonialfilm.org.uk/node/3551 In the synopsis ("Duke of Gloucester's Tour) there's also talk of Libyan Clipper and mentioned squadron. Regrads, Leendert

Great find, also nice way of placing it quite squarely in the first half of 1942. Somebody needs to get the 173 Sqdrn. ORB.
