RAF Station Ibsley ORB - AIR 28/395 May 1941? re Spitfire - Whitley incident

Hello All

I was wondering please, if anyone might have the May 1941 page/s from the RAF Station Ibsley ORB - AIR 28/395, which might shed further light on this 4th May 1941 Whitley - Spitfire incident, or reference to any Inquiry?
