Interesting Ju87G-2 with flame dempers and 37mm flak 18. Found Munich June 1945 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-WWII-Photo-Album-USMC-Marine-Germany-Africa-France-Normandy-German-Flag/272858444845?hash=item3f87a1742d%3Ag%3A9VAAAOSwAGl ZxUsU
( also a Bf109 intact on the autobahn) scroll to last pictures.

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

Thanks for the Munich and Hofoldinger Forst shots; the Bf 109 was the only one found a that location. It was later towed to Brunnthal and scrapped there: https://www.flickr.com/photos/280920...7631643557344/

As for the boneyard shown in the second batch of pics, they do depict Fw 190 D-9's and a lone Ju 87 D wing. Location has been ID'ed by Steve Sheflin as Stolten, close to Cuxhaven, Norther Germany.

Cheers
Marc

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

I believe the Stuka is Ju 87 G-2, W.Nr. 494200, photographed frequently with its location given as Pilsen.

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

I think that the Fw 190D-9s in #358 and #363 must be unfinished Fw 190D-13s from Weserflug!
The visible fuselage has the flat cover in front of the wind screen and the fire wall behind the engine has the missing middle part because of the engine mounted MG 151 gun.

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

Snautzer,

AFAIK the He 111 is not a captured aircraft, but belonged to the Sonderkommando Junck. See https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonderstab_F

Cheers, Roger
