I'm sure your intentions are good but your post seems to confuse the issue of this thread. Yes, Tinian is small however there was a vast difference between "West Field" the subject of this thread; home during WW II to the 58th BW; 40th BG, 444th BG, 462nd BG, and 468th BG. "AND" "North Field" an entirely different base and command hosting the 313th BW; 6th BG, 9th BG, 504th BG, 505th BG, and 509th CG
