Re: Heinkel lost 17.7.40 Serrance ?

Hi Stephane,
Many thanks for your reply, and confirmation of the area Ballon de Serrance. This ties in exactly with the location i have for a place called Luere Vogesen, and i have since found an entry in the excellent book,
The Battle of Britain Then And Now, which out of interest states this a/c
crashed and burnt out after a routine domestic flight.
The book lists an Oberstzt. Dr Zobel and 4 Nco's killed.
Many thanks for your help, im very grateful Stephane.

Best Regards,
Steve.
