Yes, Steve, it is strange that so little is available online. I, too, have quite a lengthy and time-consuming journey to the PRO.
For what it's worth, I have for many years been working on the BoB in co-operation with Bruce Lander, and we do have plans for publication in the not-too-distant future, but a lot depends on the time factor. I have a number of writing commitments (I usually work on two or three books simultaneously!!), so cannot be more precise. Stay around for a few more years!! Cheers Brian
