The original personal loss files of II./ZG 76 from that time do not contain data for the aircraft (WNr. or unit code). These data were sometimes added later by hand with of a very thin pencil which is hard to decipher on most of my copies. For the loss of Claasen WNr. 64?0 is readable, the third character has a rounded upper edge.
WNr. 6400 was a total loss on 8.10.43 and WNr. 6430 was lost the same day by 6./ZG 76 with the crew Fw. Braig/Uffz. Span near Steyr. Therefore only WNr. 6420 is left for the Claasen aircraft.

Hi Merlin,
Thank you very much, it seems very plausible with the serial number 6420. So I can investigate further if I can find out more with this serial number.
