Photo Fokker D.VII

Hello,

Currently on ebay is an unusual photo of a Fokker D.VII. It has no markings either civil or military and appears all white(?) and the persons in the photo both wear military uniforms and civil clothing. Can anyone identify why the machine is so unusually painted? Its at:
