You are talking about a very respected member of the forum who submitted this to aviation-safety.net, namely Laurent Rizotti. It's a shame the source description said 'Blake', but everyone can make a typo and finally, it's not about the website but about the people that submit information.

The fact remains, regardless who provided the info.
As per various answers, aviation-safety.net etc are wrong. My point has nothing to do with the spelling of Balke as Blake but with Reis or Ries.
