in GQM loss return 11 Feb 1943 item 12 is listed: 16.1. I./KG 50 Feindflug, Auftrag: Gumrak, Ursache: unbekannt, He 177 5233 E8+FH F Maj Kurt Schede (Gruppenkommandeur) vermisst B Uffz Max Knehr vermisst Bf Ofw Hans Hentschel vermisst Bm Fw Fritz Langenberg vermisst Bs Uffz Anton Müller vermisst Bs Obgfr Josef Galewski vermisst. Correction GQM 1 May 1943: Besatzung Major Schede gefallen. Regards Leo
