I actually thought it was a Puss Moth Clint If you look at the strut arrangement on the C.280 versions and compare that to the V arrangement on the 480, you can see the difference. Caudron reverted to the earlier arrangement with their later 510. The V pattern was otherwise a typical DH arrangement, hence my confusion. Cheers Stig

Thanks for the replies. Yes, looking at photos of the C.280 and C.510 I can see that the C.480 in the ebay photo has, in fact very different struts and the panel photos were helpful too.Thanks again. Regards, Clint
