Hello Shadowfax,

L.P.M. ic3 254/43 is your misread of L.P. No. 103 254/43. Unfortunately I don't know the originator of this Fortress loss confirmation. After the war in captured German KU-documents these notes were translated as "Reported Police Bulletin No. ...".
