I wonder if this is a souped-up reprint of the old Hylton Lacy Men and Machines series published with laminated covers between 1968 and 1972 in at least 12 volumes of 64 pages each?

No Larry, it is not, it is totally Jerry's work. Never heard of the publication you refer to. Jerry has been working on this for over 30 years off and on, so we are thrilled to be able to present it now! It is at the printers and should be in our warehouse sometime in May or June.
