Hello,
The second photo shows a prototype of Me 262 (V555), in a "bombardment" version. On May 8, 1945 his pilot, Oblt. Benz, took off from Saaz airfield at 7:55 p.m. to voluntarily land (belly landing), 30 minutes later, on the too short runway of the American-occupied Weimar-Nohra airfield. In addition to the pilot, the Me 262 carried two other aviators, slipped into the glass nose of the plane: Ofw. Olbroth and Ofw. Karl Nitschke, both from Aufklärungsgruppe 100 (1. (F) / 100). Pierre
