Edward, I'm a book dealer and publisher by trade - I have a copy of the first edition that I would be willing to send to you, although I am in the UK. If you are interested, let me know. I could probably do the entire deal for $75 USD, the book doesn't owe me anything and I would otherwise struggle to sell it now that the new edition is out. I can send you a photo or two, let me know.
