Identity of airman?
Hi,
I have a flier's portrait of a Obergefreiter Hans Dittmann with only limited information on - he fell in 1943 and was a bordfunker - possibly with a bomber squadron. Could anyone help me find his loss details? Thank you Rick

There was Ogfr. Hans Dittmann who with Fw. Anton Theurer was killed in a Caproni CA 313, serial 12997, at St. Germain, France on 10 December 1943. Engine failure, burnt after crash. Unit: Luftzeugamt Göttingen.
On same day another CA 313 (12039) of that unit had an emergency landing in France, at Meximeux (had got lost, 30% damages). Regards, Leendert
