Re: IJN escort sunk by Hellcats 9 September 1944

JANAC shows a total of 10 sinkings on 9 September but all are described as passenger/cargo, no warships. Kuniyama Maru (a 2700 ton cargo steamer) is the only sinking at 0630N 12150E or vicinity.
