Hi Andrey,

if you look at the cover of the original 1948 publication, it was issued by the Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Intelligence) of the Air Ministry.

The then ACAS(I) wrote the foreword to the book - Air Vice-Marshall Sir Thomas Elmhirst, KBE, CB, AFC.
