Brian,
Catalinas Y-55, Y-56, Y-57 and Y-64 got away to Ceylon. The Dutch Naval Air Service (MLD) memorial roll (gedenkrol) gives no names of fatal casualties that can be attributed to a crash and/or crew loss en route.
