"Normal" Schlachtfliegers tried to avoid contact to enemy fighters afaik.
On the other hand, exactly for 26.06.44 there are 2 claims by SG10: Ltn. Heinrich Starke, 9./SG 10: Jak-9@ 08 213: 200m Uffz. Hand, 8./SG 10: LaGG-7@ 95 287: 200m Concerning JG11: The whole III/JG11 was in the area acc. to http://www.ww2.dk. And they had 3 losses in June acc. to http://www.ww2.dk/oob/bestand/jagd/biiijg11.html So, the french claims might be connected to III/JG11.
