How did Lutz come to be flying a Mossie FB VI of RAF #305?

I have 305 based at Esinoy/Cambrai and 414 based at Strassfeld, Germany at that time.

Thanks James.

I have to agree with the previous two posters though, it strikes me as far more likely that Lutz's Mosquito is the one he shot down, not the one he flew! I also have SM-V as NT187.

Edit - Well, it does and it doesn't. You have to input the A3130... etc part into the "Search the archive" box to get to Reg Everson's story.
