Re: Free French AF II/33 Squadron

Hi Bertrand,

I/33 was named "Belfort"
II/33 was named "Savoie"

I had thought that it was just II/33 that had used the P38/F-5.
Did they ever use them ?
I now see that it was indeed I/33 that used the p-38/F-5.

How many P-38/F-5 losses over Italy did this unit have if any ?

Many thanks
Alex

Hi (again) Bertrand

Would you like me to explain the rules of cricket? I played for many years!

Cheers

There's no more borrying game than cricket... It can last hours and even two days in a row!

Re: Free French AF II/33 Squadron

HELLO TO YOU ALL,

May I just say a BIG THANK YOU TO BERTRAND for his kindness and help in my search for a P-38.

This is what the forum is all about.
If I may repeat someone elses maxim
" I learn, you learn We ALL learn"

AGAIN BERTRAND, MANY THANKS

Alex

Chris (CJE)

How dare you, sir! Pistols at dawn! Let me assure you that a cricket test match can last five days (in a row) and still result in a draw! What's more exciting than that?

Viva la cricket!

Cheers
Brian (I bowled many a maiden over!)

Cheers, Brian.
As if it was not enough for England to defeat Les Bleus in the VI Nations...
