I am awared of no P-47 units to fly anti-diver patrols. There were some P-39s delivered through Iran, but I believe they went by ships, before switch to Alsib. Considering the incident was to happen in late 1944, not only all of the aircraft were delivered by Alsib by the time, also there were no P-39s deliveries, but P-63s.
