FRITZ HAESE 3.Staffel der I/JG51
Hello,
can anyone help with info about Fritz Haese... He was an ace credited with 7 and possibly more kills... He died the 26thof July 1943... because of russian AAA... he was wounded at his head and went down... The 29th of july 1943 he was burried at Orel's Heldenfriedhof... The 15th of may 1943 he was awarded with the EKII... He was awarded with the EKI after his dead... I got this info from the letter written the 30th of july 1943 by his Staffelfuehrer to his mother... A certain Leutnant Heinrich Hoesemeier... but I think the right family name should be Hoefemeier...
