crash German fighter on 11/12 August 1942 in Scheldt river
The single source of information about this crash are the war-diaries of the German 712.Inf.Division which guarded the southern entrance of the Scheldt estuary.
This diary refers to a German fighter plane which crashed from low altitude near Zeebrugge and that the two crew were heavily wounded. I am looking for the identity of this plane and those crewmembers? |
