It is a Bf 109T, and it has been discussed here and on other forums several times.

Sorry, I have to disagree with you, Andreas. Recent analysis suggest this is not a Bf 109T, but a regular Emil fitted with the modified supecharger intake and, of course, that strange new device. Note lack of ciircular compass hatch on fuselage or GM-1 hatches which the Toni had.

The earlier post had a view from the front quarter, there appears to be a "Fanbelt" driving from the bf 109 onto a shaft in the "Thing"
