Information Concerning Loss of Oberfeldwebel Konrad Rieder
Hi,
Please could anyone provide information on Oberfeldwebel Konrad Rieder. He was killed on a night bombing mission on the 11th August 1942. He was an experienced flyer and had already won the EK I and II and the Golden Spanish Cross and the German Cross in Gold. His sterbebild says he flew with Kampfgeschwader Bölke. In what theatre of war was he killed? And who were his other crew members? Many thanks Rick
