Steve, both volumes are a "must have" They are available from Eagle Editions.

I knew two stores in Belgium who sell these two volumes. The one in Brussels is called "Librairie de L'Escadron". Unfornetatly no websale. But here is a link to an article about the shop. I can't remember how much I paid for the first vol (about 80€), but vol 2 had a price tag off 106,60€.
