Re: Losses Nomonhan?
Hi
what are you exactly looking for? The Soviet comabt losses during Nomanhan were 207 combat planes all were 250. Making resarch about this subject I have put this figure in tow part monography about air war over Chalchingol printed in Militaria i Fakty no 5 and no 6 /2002. In Russia was edietd by the end of 2002 a book by V. Kondratiev Chalchin-Gol wojna w wozduche. where are given similar data from 22.05.39 to 16.09.30 - 207 combat and non-combat 42, plus 1 more on 21 V 1939. Total 250 planes. This is the first Russian side quite deep resarch on this subject done according Sovuet archives. when you go to J-aircrafts side by George Mellinger there are given quite long summary written accoriding Kondratiev book. Regards, Mirek Wawrzyński
