Hello there, I'm carrying out some research into the people of Ptmu
Portsmouth who died in the Second World War, and I’ve just come across Wing Commander Buchanan’s name. I haven’t had a chance to do any research as of yet, but I obtained his name from the Portsmouth Grammar School Memorial. If I find out any more I will let you know.

There is quite a bit of information on W/Cdr Buchanan in "Fighters Over Tunisia" plus a very good photo of him on pp 75 of this book
