The Bundesarchiv seem to have closed the last gaps (Summer 1944) in the sequence of files with the charts of units' 10-daily strength and serviceability figures. These start at RL 2-III/700 (Aug-Sept 1938) and run through to /734 (20 Nov 44–10 Jan 45). RL 2-III/735 then covers 31 March–16 April 1945 but is not in the same format.

The files from 1944 are lost and did not resurface after the war. They were probably destroyed by fire. Or they're still rotting away in a Russian archive.

Even the charred remains of documents that the Germans tried to burn have been preserved. And now they are available online. But the Luftwaffe's list of losses for 1944 isn't among them. They are rotting away in some other country, if they were not burned by the Germans in 1945 or lost by the Americans, as happened with part of KTB des OKW.
