Re: Pls help with german manual, Soviet a/c silhouettes, 1941
THX for answer, Roland.
It is strange. Several Yak-1's must be captured undamaged or slightly damaged on Kobrin airfield, in june 1941, in Belarus'. Up to 10 MiG-3's were captured absolutely undamaged on Belostok airfield at the same time. Could You share some pages from that booklet?

Re: Pls help with german manual, Soviet a/c silhouettes, 1941
DB-3 = ZKP-19, ZKP-30, DB-3F, Il-4 (starting 1943)
SB-2 = Martin Bomber, Avia B-71, ANT-41 SB-3 = SB-2 bis Pe-2 = P-2 oder PB-100 TB-7 = Pe-8 oder ANT-42 TB-3 = ANT-6, Maxim Gorki Tu-2 = Ant.-58 (1945) Be-2 = MBR-2 Su-2 = Ant.-51, BB-1, BB-22 oder Seversky PS-84 = Dc-3 oder Lisunov Li-2 DB-7 = Boston (starting 1942) R-5 = RZ, RZ-10 I still don't know if a BB-100 is a Su-2 or Pe-2. |

Re: Pls help with german manual, Soviet a/c silhouettes, 1941
Michael:
On 24.6.41, in early morning, 2 Bf110 from SKG210 were able to intercept a formation of TB-3 four engined bombers, who were returning from bombing mission to Pinsk airfield. Two of them were shot down, wich counts perfectly with twoi claims of SKG210 pilots, who claimed two "TB-7" shot down west of Pinsk. So, "TB-7" must be TB-3, not TB-7 (early name of Pe-8 four engined bomber) BB-22 was actually prototype name for Yak-4 bomber.
