Re: New books by Brian Cull

Thanks guys

Dominik: the next book should be FIRST OF THE FEW, RAF fighter operations over France, Channel and UK, June-9 July 1940. It's coming along well, and hopefully will appear early in the New Year. However, MARYLANDS OVER MALTA is awaiting a publisher - any offers?

Others planned for 2013 include FLYING SAILORS AT WAR Volume 2, hopefully BLUE ON BLUE Volume 2, and almost certainly BLENHEIMS OVER GREECE.

Updates will appear here.

Cheers and thanks for the interest
Brian

Hello Brian,

I find your title "Flying Sailors at War" to be interesting. Can you mention a few details or provide a link for more info?

Best,
Ed

I'm halfway through reading FIGHTERS OVER THE AEGEAN. Very nicely done book and very informative. I was surprised to learn that Ar 196s were so successful in scraps with Beaufighters. One would think that a floatplane didn't stand a chance against a heavy fighter as the Beaufighter.

Re: New books by Brian Cull

Hello Brian. Is there any word on whether a publisher has picked up "Marylands over Malta"?

Re: New books by Brian Cull

Thanks for the kind words, guys, much appreciated.

Regarding FIRST OF THE FEW, it should appear next Spring.

Regarding MARYLANDS OVER MALTA, unless you wish to publish it for me in the meantime Geoff, I hope it may also appear next Spring.

Thanks again - and enjoy!

Brian

Re: New books by Brian Cull

Thanks for the opportunity Brian, but I'm afraid the best I could do would be photocopy 50 copies for you and offer to hand deliver them to within a 30km radius. I shall happily wait and fidget until next Northern Spring.
