Looking for KG 3 expert

I am researching those flyers who have a connection to Denmark. See tread German flyers washed ashore in Denmark on this site. Unteroffizier Rudolf Kock was washed ashore in Denmark and was laid to rest on 3/9-42. Checking RL 2 III/762 I found a Unteroffizier Rudolf Kock of 6./KG 3 that was wounded in a crash just after take off on 15/8 1942. Can anyone tell me if that is the same flyer ? Is there a fault in the RL 2 III/762 so he actually crashed into the sea ?

Have you tried the KG3 website at www.ulbi.de ? You might get a result if you contact them.
